These sturdy jacket hooks and eyes were perfect for what I was trying to accomplish! My new jacket was perfect....except it did not have snaps to quickly and lightly hold the sides together when I was driving or walking around in a store. So, I purchased and sewed onto my jacket these hooks & eyes and voila! I have exactly what I needed, which also does not interfere with my zipper.
